Never had a bad experience here. One thing to note is the prices. I always order the same thing but never pay the same for it. I get a baby twist with 3 topping. Sometimes I'm paying $3, sometimes $4 or $5. Not a big issue but there needs to be consistency. I noticed that the presentation is always different too. Again, not a huge deal but something to think about. I know many of the workers are high schoolers/teenagers working their first jobs. No big deal, it's understandable.

Have been going to Coneworld for more than 10 yesrs. Tonight we went, and I placed my usual order- a small twist cone covered in chocolate in a large cup. The girl closed the window, turned around, and walked away. About a minute later she came back, and told us they could not put my small cone in a large cup. We left immdiately. WHA????

Best place ever. I always get the strawberry lemonade slush and it’s amazing. Prices are good compared to other ice cream shops. Definitely recommend this to everyone. Also it would be really nice if they had maybe a Venmo so we could tip staff for those who don’t have cash!!!

Went Saturday night around 920pm -930pm.. if I subpoena the cameras you will see we are being over charged for 4 ice creams( 1 small blue rasp glacier, 1 medium blue rasp glacier, 1 strawberry swirl cone, 1 turtle waffle cone and 4 pup cups for our dogs. We were charged over $41 but the manager said it should be $25. This company is Rude, unprofessional and they’re stealing money from customers even after being questioned. We noticed it on our bank statement… it kept bothering us of why 4 Ice creams and pup cups were $41. Pup cups are free. When we called they accused us of lying then hung up the phone. My wife is a 18 year military veteran. She has no reason to lie over ice cream. This is not how you treat veterans or customers. I will never support this business again. I work in the legal field. My wife wants to file a police report because she hates being take advantage of. A subpoena or discovery request of your cameras for the time stamp on our card will clear this all of this up. Now I have to be loud since you didn’t handle it correctly.

I used to love cone world, however I was told they switched their syrups for slushes and it's been honestly really awful since. I usually get a red raspberry glacier and this time as you can see in my picture it's not red at all, it did not taste like anything but vague vanilla and ice. I only drank as much as I did because I'm cheap and I already paid for it but I honestly couldn't finish it because it just tasted like nothing. also I dislike their new straws, they're huge like for boba which is weird for using for milkshakes, slushes, etc.

Ordered an Oreo McFlurry, paid almost $10 for soft serve chocolate ice cream with some broken up pretty sure off brand Oreos 🤮 just thrown on top not even mixed up. Highly disappointed.
