This place is a must have ! There cookies are sinful soo good . Crispy chewy Ritch buttery flavor ! These cookies are amazingly delicious! The staff is warm and inviting. Can't wait to try the cupcakes! Definitely will be returning for more!

placed a large order for our clients, they hand wrote each note and delivered each of them instead of shipping like most do. This was way above what I had expected and appreciate the personal aspect. I will be using them again for sure!

I was tagged in a post today that my name was on the board for a free cupcake (1st timer) And I was in the area so I stopped in for that and a few treats for the rest of the family. The young lady that was working this evening had a great recommendation on the cupcake, absolutely delicious. cookies n creme, just do it (in the fridge ? ) but what was even better was her customer service and she was such a sweet girl. She was welcoming, smiling and very nice, we chatted for a couple minutes. Good recommendations for treats. I've worked in customer service for close to 20 years and it's the young ladies like that that make going places a better experience and I give credit where credit is due. well done. five stars directly to the young lady working this evening April 1st! will definitely be back!

I went in this afternoon to get a few cupcakes for our daughter's Gotcha Day celebration and wish I would have gone somewhere else; I think she sold me left overs from last week, they were so stale that we threw them away ? Total waste of money $4+ for garbage, never again!

I recently discovered Cookies and cupcakes by design in grandville. I've now placed 2 special orders with them. Both times the design and craftsmanship of their sweet treats were beyond my expectations. Lisa was fantastic to work with and so accommodating. I highly

Extremely cute place, however I bought a Marshmellow Rice Treats and it tastes horrendous. Took several bites and each bite was so stale. I sniffed the treat as well and it reeks of staleness. I set the treat down into a bowl and the staleness wafted over to me within a couple minutes. The expiration on the treat is April 30, 2024. It is so disgusting that I could not keep eating this treat after 3 bites. Disappointed and would be wary about trying any of their other treats.

Our small cutting cake was just how I described it to be. They really took my vision and made it come true. I Highly recommend them for tasty desserts with beautiful design, and of course the happy and attentive staff.

Had a Vanilla cupcake bakes by cookies and Cupcakes by Design from the bridge street market, I’ve never had a cupcake that good before. God damn.
