“So we came in after our daughter’s softball game for some food and hopes of watching the White Sox game. Kylie was our server and she was amazing, very friendly and outgoing. She tried to get the game on for us but didn’t know how to do it. She came back and said her manager came in and she is taking care of it. So as we are sitting there, what I assume is the manager, comes over and in a very condescending way says the game is over and they won. My boyfriend is a big fan. I said “oh did he grow up in Chicago?” Again she said rudely comments “color matters.” We asked for the white Sox game and never got it. Food was good, service from Kylie was great, interaction with the manager should have not been that way.“
“I have been a volunteer for a family and have loved helping them out! I love what the organization stands for! Great program!“

Great Atmosphere & This Where all the old boys,Ma n pa’s Hang out.Waitresses love their job constant smiles conversation & Checking in on Ya.They know their regulars n greet Them as the walk in like They Just came home.Love This place!!! I’ll be a new Frequent Flyer! Thanks for the Amazing Food,Smiles and At Home Atmosphere.Lets Get into the Amazing Platter They Bring Ya,Take a look! And So reasonable! “I like Russ's Restaurant I really like the sausage links , the eggs really good I only eat breakfast and desserts and coffee. Coffee is very good and waitress is right there to fill your cup. I would like it better if they kept breakfast all day as it is, at 11:00 they are done with breakfast.“
