We went back the next morning for breakfast. Wish we had a Russ' Restaurant nearby.“

“So we came in after our daughter’s softball game for some food and hopes of watching the White Sox game. Kylie was our server and she was amazing, very friendly and outgoing. She tried to get the game on for us but didn’t know how to do it. She came back and said her manager came in and she is taking care of it. So as we are sitting there, what I assume is the manager, comes over and in a very condescending way says the game is over and they won. My boyfriend is a big fan. I said “oh did he grow up in Chicago?” Again she said rudely comments “color matters.” We asked for the white Sox game and never got it. Food was good, service from Kylie was great, interaction with the manager should have not been that way.“

“The servers & kitchen staff at this location are true gems! My son has food allergies, which require lots of questions, cross-checking ingredients & special requests. We’re not the easiest customers to work with, as our orders generally aren’t quick. They were completely accommodating & showed us so much patience. They even went as far as printing off a list of ingredients for my son to see if he could try something new, which he could! 8 years old & never had a fried pickle until today, he was SO happy! They absolutely did not have to take the time to do that but as a mother, I am so so thankful for it. You made both of our days & we absolutely will be back!“

“Love this location! Everyone is so kind and customer service is great! My only complaint is it was SO hot in there- humid and muggy. Otherwise everything else was great. Menu options have a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything came out hot and fresh! Love their dressings and bread you can purchase as well.“
