The food is great but the wait time and customer service is ridiculous.
It is mind boggling to me as to why the wait is so long and customers actually watch you prepare their orders. The workers appear to be confused as to what their job is.. No apologies or acknowledgment for long wait times.
It’s not the chain.. perhaps a management or logistic issue.
Be prepared to wait 25+ minutes after you order!!!
