LOVE their cakes. A coworker introduced me to then and I was hooked. We had them for our wedding and keep coming back. Lemon is my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of the flavors. Not the cheapest, but they're a good special treat every now and then.

The cakes are awesome. The service and their 'rules' are not. Yesterday I found out when I picked up an order that I didn't get points because I ordered on line instead of using their app.... no where did I see that I had to use the app to get loyalty points. She told me I can upload the receipt to the app for them to be applied. No thanks. I dont need to take more time and effort when I already paid for their service.
Today I went to get additional ones for the party. Only to find out that to buy a box of a dozen buntinies (the only way they are sold) is to choose one of 2 preselected assortments that are already boxed. In order to get the ones I wanted, I need to come back in 40 minutes. 40 minutes I wasn't planning on and didn't have and wasn't planning on when hosting a party tonight. How hard would it have been for her to pick out 12 of my choosing and put them in a box?
Imagine going to a cupcake specialty shop or a donut shop and being told you can buy this preassortment we have or come back in 30 minutes so we can put 12 in a box for you.
Nothing Bundt Cakes needs some competition so they can focus more on service and what matters to customers.

Grandville location is CLOSED on Sundays. Unfortunately...good cakes though
- Bundtini (50g) - Chocolate Chocolate Chip: Very close to perfection. I’ve had their products a couple of times and it is almost always created with near perfect appearance. The taste is delicious.
Work catered on a Thursday for lunch and these were brought in addition to that. Yummy!

I love the decor in the store. It’s beautiful! Cute products. I had placed an order over the phone, and when I picked up everything was as ordered. The whole party enjoyed everything! Raved how good it was! We got the large chocolate chip cake and a dozen mini ones and they were perfect! Can’t wait to get more.
