So happy we stopped! Great Service, over the top!! Friendly, helpful and added suggestions. Food was amazing. Hot, less than 10-minutes from when we ordered. The place was clean, great atmosphere and very open.

Lost their liquor license, margaritas are VIRGIN, didn't mention it until chips and salsa hit the table.

Used to love this restaurant! Not anymore. Last couple of visits... filthy, poor service, food quality not good. By the way lost their liquor license!

I can say the food was great the combination platter i had really filled me up!! Service was really good our server checked on us often and it was a light atmosphere everyone was really nice inside the place as well!! I would recommend them!!

The food and drinks were good... the restaurant was packed, and our waitress did a great job trying to cover all the tables. Yes, the service was a little slow, but to be expected with a full restaurant and little staff.

Awesome margaritas, delicious birria tacos, and friendly service. Thanks for a great visit!

We had On the Border cater our October Luncheon at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Grandville. Being able to order directly through them is extremely easy and efficient. They keep our order on file and add notes for the next time we want to set up a catering order. Since we order direct through OTB rather than EZCater - they ensure everything is included in our order and even come inside and set up the entire meal for us. We have had nothing but great experiences catering through OTB! Great food is expected but great service is much appreciated. Thank you OTB Grandville!

This is a place I go to often and have never had an issue until last night. Got seated right away they were not very busy but it took at least 15 mins before anyone even came to give us menus or ask what we wanted to drink. Then when they came back to give us our drink we ordered once we got our order no one came by to ask if everything was ok never asked if we needed refills I had to go up to the front so I could get someone to come to our table so I could get a refill. Never apologized for not being served. Usually when you have an issue a manager will come by but nope nothing when they did finally come to get a refill never said anything . Worst service ever. Very disappointed
