We had On the Border cater our October Luncheon at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Grandville. Being able to order directly through them is extremely easy and efficient. They keep our order on file and add notes for the next time we want to set up a catering order. Since we order direct through OTB rather than EZCater - they ensure everything is included in our order and even come inside and set up the entire meal for us. We have had nothing but great experiences catering through OTB! Great food is expected but great service is much appreciated. Thank you OTB Grandville!

This is a place I go to often and have never had an issue until last night. Got seated right away they were not very busy but it took at least 15 mins before anyone even came to give us menus or ask what we wanted to drink. Then when they came back to give us our drink we ordered once we got our order no one came by to ask if everything was ok never asked if we needed refills I had to go up to the front so I could get someone to come to our table so I could get a refill. Never apologized for not being served. Usually when you have an issue a manager will come by but nope nothing when they did finally come to get a refill never said anything . Worst service ever. Very disappointed

I’ve only been to a couple OTB locations, and this one is by far my favorite! The atmosphere is great, food is hot, drinks are great, and they were attentive to my needs. This location is always busy. The GM, Rachel H, even stops by our table when we visit to ask how our service is, and sometimes to chat briefly. She is attentive to her staff and patrons, she definitely has turned this place around from 20 years ago when I first started coming. Looking forward to my next visit.

Food was terrible not even acceptable must have been microwaved. Enchiladas w chili sauce tacos without seasoning etc. Only thing that was good was the pineapple rum punch.
Server spent large portion of time sitting at another table while we waited to complain and atmosphere was lo7d n obnoxious and smoky.

Took 30 minutes to go sit at a seat even though it was open the whole time. The staff are rude and disrespectful. Empanadas were very undercooked that the crust was still dough, and the stuffing tasted worse than Taco Bell beef. Also why are the chips so big, they are only cut in half. And for what you pay you they give you jack squat.

This is difficult. My wife and kids like this place. For some reason. I, on the other hand, have nothing but distrust and disdain for this restaurant. I can never trust that what I order will actually show up the way I expect it to. This particular location even. This is the third time that my fajita order was not accompanied by the tortillas, sour cream and guacamole that should come with it. This particular order doesn’t have ANY of the cold add ons it’s supposed to come with. It’s ridiculous the prices you charge and this very underwhelming service you provide. You really need to step up your game.

This is a good place to eat. I’m not too into Mexican food, so I just got chicken tenders and fries, but they were so much better than some restaurants out there. The corn chips were also phenomenal. My only reason for 4 stars is the long wait time. Took about 15-20 minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait.
