On 6/8 I ordered the skinny chicken sandwich combo, which as a preset only has bread cheese and chicken. About two bites in I notice a sauce has been added, either mayo, aioli, or ranch. I double checked both my online order details and the attached sticker/receipt and there was no sauce I accidentally tapped online to add. I have an allergy to egg and in severe cases it can cause my throat to swell closed and for me to be severely sick. So, at some point it seems my sandwich began as another order’s but got mixed up and was proceeded to be made according to my ticket anyway, as all the other components were correct. The bites i took were delicious as was my girlfriend’s sandwich per her note. My complaint is with this disorganization that could have been far more serious. I understand things happen, but if it were someone else with a much more severe reaction such as anaphylaxis, mistakes like this can be near lethal. Staff was kind indoors otherwise, all the rest was correct! Just please double check because it could save someone’s health, versus just preference.

The service was top notch, im very impressed, the food was great, my only complaint would be the menu is way to high, but other than that we'll done
Ordered a simple ham and Swiss and my wife ordered a avocado turkey wrap somehow they mixed both sandwiches. Neither sandwhich was made correctly or too order toppings were mixed on each sandwhich as they didnt care to even read the order and quick read and just mixed the order and called it good to go.

Just cause its bogo day dont mean you have to make sandwiches sloppy put wrong stuff on sandwiche. Still waited 30 mins after I placed order online. Just to get a sloppy sandwich

I think this place used to be better but like most restaurants has really gone downhill. I got a Prime Rib Steak sub with double meat and I had significantly more lettuce than meat. The small amount of meat I did get looked like the processed meat you see in dog food. Very unimpressed.

Ordered avocado turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo, I received turkey, lettuce, tomato and mayo sandwich. None of the avocado turkey toppings were on the sandwich including cheese. Disappointing.
This location is always very friendly, clean and fast. We also love that we are able to get lots of great coupons through email.
For those who are in wheelchairs or use mobility aids they have lots of accessible seating. Also, the bathrooms are big enough to easily navigate and they are single person. The only issue can be when ordering in person since their counters are so tall, but if you place the order on your phone the shelf that they use for the pickup orders is fairly easy to reach. The disabled parking spots are kinda far from the door and you have to navigate through outdoor seating.

Most excellent subs served here. I felt things were a bit pricey so we settled for just a sub. We've been swinging by and getting a sub to share recently and are never disappointed in how the subs taste. A bit better than your standard subway selections!!
