Most excellent subs served here. I felt things were a bit pricey so we settled for just a sub. We've been swinging by and getting a sub to share recently and are never disappointed in how the subs taste. A bit better than your standard subway selections!!

Potbelly is the absolute best! Especially this location! I order regularly from here and not only is their comfort food so yummy, but the staff is always so nice! The only time I have issues is when I use an outside delivery service and the staff here are always so kind and helpful when something goes wrong. Forever a potbelly lover!

Service tonight was just horrible. Black Girl and white male, all they did was talk behind the counter. Slowest workers I've encountered in a L O N G time.Meanwhile white female was busting her ass. Took 30 minutes for my order to be made. Ridiculous!!? Management and corporate needs to seriously pay a visit to this working crew.

Asked employee to change gloves today to limit cross contamination as we were ordering a vegetarian sandwich. Employee seemed upset and when we reached home, there was meat wrapped into to sandwich, looked like she placed it right on the paper without us noticing.
