Food was typical for steak and shake. I don't love the self-service.He asked and staff are unavailable in kitchen. Although they do respond to a holler. Seemed difficult to keep up on Cleaning tables as no staff were out front.
Since our location in Holland closed I thought all steak and shakes were doomed to poor food and service. I was so delighted to find out I could still enjoy the food I loved as a child close by in Grandville. The food tasted amazing and I think having the kiosks is a wonderful idea. If they would have done this where we live, maybe it would have stayed open.
Food was fresh off the grill, Service was amazing! Clean, staff was very welcoming and friendly! My favorite location for this business! Burgers were made with love very presentable not sloppy! Thankyou for a wonderful experience!
