Meow. That bright orange "B" promised a delightful, cheery start to the day. I sought solace, a quiet corner, a warm spot, perhaps a gentle sunbeam, a place where even a battle-hardened feline could find peace. What I found was… less than ideal. The cheerful, almost aggressively friendly aroma of sugary lattes and flavored syrups promised little. Yet, the coffee itself? Meow-velous. I ordered a Peppermint Blizzard Creme Freeze, which is brown on the menu. Below is a pic of what I got. It tasted like a vanilla shake from McDonald's. Had I wanted that, I'd have gone to McDonald's and ordered one. I even asked the clerks if it was the right drink when they handed it to me. They assured me it was.
This morning I got to witness the Greenville manager inside of the Sparta Biggby location treat the employees like complete crap! What a shame!
