Great customer service. They update you on Facebook of how long their market animals take to be butchered. Friendly staff. Meat packages all sealed, and cuts looked great. This is the second time using them. We will be back!
We recently had 3 steers butchered by Sage’s and we were blown away by their service. We have used multiple other butchers in the Grand Rapids area prior to this time and our repeat customers had so many wonderful things to say about the friendliness and knowledge of the staff at Sages.
Picked up our personal 1/4 today and the packaging is wonderful. Neatly vacuum sealed - all perfectly cut to order.

very disappointed in the processing my beef, two times this has happened , cutting instructions specifically asking for 1 in cuts of the steaks, get 3/4 intch, then getting excuses for the the reason why that happened. not good service
