Customer service was not great.

Inside service very bad. Waited to place order long time. Never waited any longer, people in back of us waited on food. Drive thru keep getting there items. I guess if your hungry DON'T come in.

Wendy's serves great food with friendly service and good prices. The staff, such as Cheree, provide excellent customer service and promptly address any mistakes. However, the bathrooms could use more frequent thorough cleaning. Despite some issues with slow drive-thru service, Wendy's is a recommended fast food option.
