“The flurrys are amaaaaazzing ?. We've gotten many birthday cakes from here, and have had many flurry treats. The food is pretty good, but I'd rather come here for the ice cream. You can custom order flurrys here, and it's perfect to buy a flurry on a hot summer day to play at the park. If you know DQ, then im sure you've got the idea from here. But it's like a glorified fast food ice cream shop. ?“
“The best of "(semi-)fast food." Although they have burgers and chicken tenders, they have a much more extensive menu.Some of my favorites are the Cod dinner, with Fries and steamed broccoli (try that at McD's); the pot roast sandwich; grilled chicken breast sandwich; and, when available (seasonal, perhaps), a delicious Walleye dinner - I ordered a two piece, but the protions were huge and I probably should have had just one.The staff is friendly, and go above and beyond when warranted.It is not truly "Fast Food," as everything is made fresh to order, but service is efficient and timely.The atmosphere IS "Fast Food," but comfortable and clean.Parking: Plenty of spaces, but because of the tight configuration of the drive-thru, you sometimes have to wait behind the line of cars to get to a space.Kid-friendliness: We often take our one-year-old granddaughter, and she loves the food and to sit-up to the BIG table in a high-chair. She likes to flirt with the staff and other diners, who are always friendly and interact with her.“
“First drive through window cashier was extremely helpful and polite. This man knows the meaning of the expression "Southern Hospitality." I have been through his line several times and he is always on point, courteous, and professional. He was training someone yesterday and I couldn't think of a better person for the job. He is a glowing example of what customer service should be! 😉 Way to go!“
“So while they're food is always good, they seem to have quite a few issues. Mostly I've had a couple of Mobil orders that magically disappeared after I gave them my code, and got my receipt. Luckily I get a receipt all of the time. I was able to hand them that, and they made the food from it. The employees are always great, so no issues there. The set up though... I guess I prefer the dining area to be open, and instead... it's like they want the customers separate, so the dining area is kind of closed off, and in the back.“
“This location doesn't fully participate in the BK app and can't help you with it when it messes up. My Bacon King meal was barely warm enough to be legally sold to me, and the fries were fairly limp. This used to be a great place to grab a quick meal, but it has, like most places these days, gone downhill.“
“A few days ago. Absolutely beautiful young lady with a beautiful smile helped my family. My recipe said Cheree. Hope that’s the rite one. Best service I have had in years. They need to get more people like her. My burger was wrong I believe I forgot to tell her no onion. Not a big deal. Went to the counter and right away she was concerned about the mistake. Got me the right burger with the biggest smile with apology’s when I’m sure it was my fault.“
“First time ordering from this establishment....even though I've lived less than 5 miles away for years.Man I've been missing out! Burgers AMAZING. “Me and my wife went through the drive through yesterday on 02/26/24! Amazing service and extremely respectful. The girl working the window, Ava, was super sweet, all smiles, and even gave us plenty of sauces and crowns! It feels good to know their are still people wanting to work and wanting to do a great job for us.“
“Back to 1 stars... Just sat at the Drive Thru with no one in line waiting for 10 mins for someone to take our order. Literally had to yell "hello!" And still no response. Then had to go inside.This place has disappointed so many times that my wife refuses to come here. If we are craving McDonald's, we will drive the 15 minutes to Greenville instead of the 2 minutes to get here, it is that bad.“
