We visited this café on Mother’s Day, traditionally a very busy day for restaurants. What made this so special was our server, Emario, who was beyond amazing! He was fastidious with his job, but had a delightful and wonderful sense of humor. Such a pleasure to dine here!
Absolutely love, café Nini! Not want to leave many reviews, but definitely time for a shout out. The food is always hot and delicious in the service impeccable. Melina is Always lovely and hospitable. A great local Grosse Pointe spot where you always run into someone you know also having a great meal the mussels and the chicken Parm are definitely our favorite
Very intimate. Very small. Quaint. Luckily it was not filled to capacity, as my chair was in aisle and tables are very close together. Draft from outdoors was very cold & brisket.
The bread basket was nice, good crust & tasty interior. The salad & blue cheese crumbles was fresh & good portion. Dressing was a bit sweet, my fault for not asking on the side. Gnocchi was a generous portion. & magnificent; light, & fluffy They made it Florentine...
