Updated Review: After 7 years, the service and staff have improved, and they’ve now earned a 5-star rating. Original Experience: This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. They charged me for my food but refused to make it because it “didn’t show” on their system. It was a complete waste of time and money, made worse by their nasty attitude.

Order a pan pizza 8-6-25 pizza Doughty very little cheese , return it, gets another one, burnt very little cheese can't see the sauce and the ends is torn,just like the first one was torn! This point just spend the extra money and go to JETS!

So apparently we’re not allowed to add extra cheese to our food anymore, even though we pay for it? The store is always messed up my order and now on top of that they can’t have add extra toppings.
I ordered this specialty pizza two times in a row. Both times the pizza was perfect. I ordered the New York style crust and the feta pizza with spinach. It has an Alfredo white sauce… I got extra and I added chicken to it. Great job! I also love the tracking that they use to see the progression of the pizza.

When waiting for curb side service just expect to go in and get your food Which is never a problem but when I have kids with me and if I place a order for curb side I expect to not get out the car with my young children (2&3) it was a inconvenience but the food is good and fresh and the customer service as far as going inside is very friendly

They are very skimpy with the toppings and the sauce! The management is horrible! When customers are dissatisfied Josh the Gm says “well they can go cry about it!” It’s going downhill there
