Obviously they don’t read the orders. Everytime I order online subs are missing items. This place has really gone down. Pay good money for these subs… too much playing around on those phones then trying to get peoples orders correct. It’s not that hard to make a sub. Smh the feedback doesn’t even work. This place is a joke. Won’t be coming back.

I knew my sub was gonna be bad once I saw how it was wrapped. Ingredients just throw in there. I order a sub that doesn't include mustard but somehow it was inside the wrapper and on the bun. Won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

They didnt greet me or acknowledge I was there someone from the back acknowledged me and took my order when there was four people standing there before he notice me

I walked in and could immediately tell it was going to be a bad experience based on her tone. The woman, a white lady in her 40s or 50s with dark brown hair, started arguing with me just because I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich. She got snippy and said, “Well, the pickles aren’t free.” I told her I thought they were a freebie, and she admitted they were. So I asked what the issue was with me getting extra pickles if they’re free. I didn’t even get the chance to say what else I wanted on my sandwich because she kept being rude, rolling her eyes and sighing when I pointed out that the pickles were a freebie. At that point, I walked out and told her, “I’m sorry, but your negative behavior isn’t it.” She continued being rude and unprofessional even as I left.

Some of the worse customer service. Had 2 sandwiches with adjustments for both, even the items that were extra were missed. Offered a credit or to come back and have the sandwiches re-made (didn't have a 1.5 lunch our to do this), cashier was hard to understand and not inviting. I'll pass on going to this location

i stopped coming here and started to go to the saint clair shores location 1 month ago. The amount of meat and cheese ,etc is purposefully low and service is below average. I wouldnt say poor but not great. This place changed from 2019 to 2023 and it shows.

be very careful ordering the new toasted sandwiches. my blt was just toasted to absolute dust. bacon and toast were literally crumbling. toast was so hard I had to take it apart and just try to eat the toppings which is when I seen how burnt the bacon was. of course I'm stuck at work and that was my only meal for today.
Totally tuna is always on point. I wish they can bring back the sprouts that I prefer over lettuce.

Sandwich was OK but once we asked for water, she said we don’t serve water we don’t have cups, while the cups were sitting next to the cash register. Didn’t get napkins with sandwich. the attitude of and the service was less than acceptable. In fact, cashier chose to sit on one of the Customer table next to us and started talking on the . If I have to pay $15 for a sandwich a small bag of potato chip and a soda bottle then at least provide some service. I know the bag of chips and a soda, does not cost more than a dollar.
