If I have to pay $15 for a sandwich a small bag of potato chip and a soda bottle then at least provide some service. I know the bag of chips and a soda, does not cost more than a dollar.

She’s just standing there waiting for me to tell her what I want. And I then told her to keep the change $2 and no thank you. It just freaks me out. Your people need to learn how to engage a tad bit more.

We have been coming to this JJs years. We will now be driving further to St. Clair Shores. The manager (assuming he was) berated me about entering through the back door. We’ve been doing it for probably 10 years. He then lied and said it says on the door that the entry is only for delivery drivers. It says “delivery parking only”. We don’t park anywhere near the door. Not sure who owns this location, but they without a doubt need a staff overhaul. Judging by other reviews, this location won’t last much longer.
