I’ve loved Josef’s products for years and truly want to give them five stars, but the service has become consistently disappointing. Over the last six months, I’ve walked out three times due to visible disorganization. During my visit yesterday, four staff members were behind the counter—one on her phone, two chatting, and one ringing up a customer. Despite standing directly in front of the counter to order, the server looked right past...
A gem of a place. Great selections and I tried the Quiche and also the Corrado. Both were incredibly good. The Ambient chill italian music, low lighting and comfy furniture were all great additions. The staff are very attentive to detail a f make sure you get the exact thing you are looking for. Do not miss this spot, worth skipping the chain coffee shops close by.
Their desserts are delicious. Their attention to detail failed me. I ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday two days ago. When I arrived, they were unable to locate my order. It wasn’t anything fancy but as a mother, I enjoy making every birthday feel special. The cakes are not cheap to begin with so to be unable to locate an ordered placed two days prior was disappointing.
