Ordered a hot and read with butter and parm. The pizza was hard as a rock and old. When I returned it the young girl at the register with the bull ring in her nose and the purple hair proceeded to tell me the pizza wasn’t old when you left. How the hell is that possible when I only left 5 minutes ago. I live right down the street! Business owners we gotta stop allowing kids, with no training in customer service or running a business to be in charge of our establishments! When u do that you’re trusting kids with your livelihood. The manager was also a kid and he had nothing to say. Little Caesar’s y’all gotta do better! Judging by the other reviews here I’m not the only one who feels your food quality and customer service is declining…..Greater Mack is the new location for me!

This has became one of the worst little cesars. Ordered online ( I knew it was going to be ready because I was an hour away) nope, not ready. I waited for about thirty minutes until two customers ahead started complaining and one customer behind me left... that's when I asked for a refund. Just observing the atmosphere.... workers playing and joking, looking for missing pizzas, running back and forth outside without washing hands...it was definitely a hot mess. The way the loud talking and laughing is being done over the pizzas, it's definitely some saliva, hot breath, spit particles on those pizzas.
P.S....the place is filthy. I can't believe how many employees open the pizza doors to take a pizza out, and feel as if those dirty windows are okay. Dirt, crumbs, grime, oil, fingerprints...like, it's the first thing a customer sees. Beyond disgusting

Came at suggested time window 8:55-9:05 left out at 9:45 food was not hot…
Food was not hot or fresh, was asked if I ordered a hot n ready about 5 min before leaving so I’m assuming maybe a mistake was made but if it was in the hot box behind the counter why was it so lukewarm.
Im totally good to wait if my food is hot and fresh otherwise its upsetting
Cancelled order because they didn't have one of the items. no call...Assumed that one is just sitting by the computer waiting to learn they are screwed... it took an hour befoe I lerned the order was cancelled. Now 10-12 days before I get my refund. Very poor costomer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered and paid for Pizza online waited 20min before arriving for pick up then had to wait 40 more minutes when I arrived Pizza was half done crust was soft toppings where just thrown on pizza missing half the slicers When questioned about the appearance of pizza Young man stated there is nothing I can do that’s just how it is
Asked for refund he stated you can only get refund online Requested to speak with manager young lady came and also states there is nothing w can do about the pizza we have a required amt to put on all pizzas I was not asking for more toppings I just wanted the toppings to be placed on all the slices and not bundled to together on 3-4 slices. Will never return to this location Use to love and frequent this Little Caesars regularly will not be going back.

These absolute legends got 12 pizzas done for me in 30 minutes, and their pizzas are cheaper than other Little Ceasars in the area. 10/10 recommend!
