This location lacks leadership.I usually give multiple chances before i write a negative review. Employees have no sense of urgency to complete orders. Coffee is inconsistent. Several occasions I have witnessed employees just stand around talking to each other, while one barista is completing multiple orders during morning rush. Avg wait time is 16 minutes to receive beverages. This location needs huge improvements in management, craftsmanship, and attitude. This critique is based off of 7 visits to this location.

I ordered an Ice Matcha Latte with vanilla cold foam, 4 pumps of vanilla syrup and almond milk. I only received 1 pump of vanilla and have a lot of chunks of Matcha in my drink. I never received an Iced Matcha latte this green with all the ingredients that I told the employee to add it. The young lady who made my drink look like she never made the drink before, and she didn’t know what she was doing. The young man in the front was very sassy towards me when I asked for more syrup in my cup, He said he can’t pour in my cup if I drunk out of it but he never asked if I did. I’ve ordered an Ice Matcha latte from multiple Starbucks locations and I never had this experience before. If you want good service from Starbucks, go to anyone except for this location.

Avoid this Starbucks location at all costs. The employees here are unapologetically slow and careless. With five workers behind the bar, you’d expect some level of efficiency, but only one seemed to be working while the others stood around chatting and laughing about their personal lives. Meanwhile, customers were left waiting, clearly not a priority to the staff. It took over 30 minutes to get a single drink, and ordering through the app doesn’t make it any better—it might even take longer. There’s no sense of urgency, no attention to detail, and no acknowledgment of how their poor service affects customers. If you value your time and a decent Starbucks experience, I highly recommend going elsewhere. This location is a complete disappointment.

My pumpkin spice chai tasted like roasted coffee I paid for caramel drizzle around the cup didn’t get it and they didn’t deliver my egg sandwich with the DoorDash order. $25 wasted. Highly disappointed

There is always a problem when it comes to mobile ordering at this store. my mothers coffee always gets taken from this location. Either someone has never made it or it gets taken by someone else. Seriously?! We just want to get a coffee at nice time on the weekend. Not the at the crack of dawn when there’s no one else in the store! Sorry but we aren’t going to be taking our business at this location anymore.

30 min wait times on weekends and mornings… avoid if you can.
This location is extremely on par! The wait staff is excellent, friendly and know their customers. It’s nice to walk in and see the staff fist pump customers and know them by name. Feels like walking into a family establishment. My coffee was excellent and I really enjoyed the synergy. I had to visit this location for a remake from the location on Radnor who unfortunately cant seem to get right. Kudos to this location and its team!

Drove out of the way because they said they were open at 5. Door was locked and woman inside looked at me like I was crazy for being there so early. They do not open at 5. I hope this saves you the same disappointment I had.
