“a couple weeks ago my family got a messed up pizza from here. we called and told them what was wrong, the young lady on the phone was nice about it, very apologetic, and let management know. today I got a coupon in the mail to replace our order. we used it tonight and this pizza was AMAZING!!! One of the best I've ever had from here. I understand mistakes happen, and thank you mancinos for correcting the problem and making it right. my family loves this restaurant. next time we come, we will be there for the awesome grinders!“

“We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!“

“pizza is good but service is terrible. the gal was in the back when I entered as she came around to counter no greeting or anything just stared at me like I was a bother for being there. I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to me.“

“I ordered a pizza on August 13, 2024 at around 8pm, not only was it delivered quickly and professionally by a very nice driver. Whoever made my pizza did an absolutely amazing job. That was the best pizza I've had in a while, it was cooked exactly the way I wanted. There where plenty of toppings all evenly spread onto the pizza, it was picture perfect.Thank you for the amazing meal??“

“Red Knapps is a good comfort food restaurant with some surprisingly wonderful, more formal dishes to offer as well. This is our go-to place when nothing else appeals to us. The atmosphere has a genuinely tasteful feel with paneled walls, coved ceilings, and large pictures of horses here and there. The bar area is often well attended, and I believe that televised sports are on the televisions.
Wait Staff is ALWAYS very nice, pleasant, and efficient. There has never been a time that we've been disappointed or unhappy with our service nor our food.“

“They always are friendly. This time- I didn’t realize we didn’t have ranch at home until it was *almost* too late. Called the store and they said that my husband had just walked out the door. I called my husband and he said they literally ran out into the parking lot to give him ranch for me. Im pregnant and this meant so much to me!!!!!!!!! So grateful for my hometown jets!!!!!“

“Firstly let's acknowledge it's little caesars, if you're ordering it you know what you're expecting. What makes a difference is the staff at each location. I like an absolutely obscene amount of mushrooms on my pizza. Lapeer Little Caesars has never disappointed me in the request to drown the pizza in mushrooms. So thanks to the staff for continuing to fulfill this request.“
