The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and John's positive attitude made the entire experience a pleasure. Employees like him are what make a good meal a great one. “We recently tried Hugo's for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I've tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can't wait until we're back in the area to get this again!“

I said I'm here for a pick up. as she was grabbing my pizza I asked if they had any napkins she pointed behind computer screen then realized no napkins were there grabs them from under shelf and instead of handing me some places all behind computer and walked away...never said 1 word to me.“
