I ordered the Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher, It didn't have the onion "tanglers" on it, barely any BBQ sauce either, the chicken tasted over-cooked. Just overall it was bad.. felt like I just ordered a normal chicken sandwich and got a little BBQ sauce with over-cooked chicken, haha. Will not be ordering from here again.
Food was hot and fresh. Customer service was really nice especially the lady working the window on July 22nd was very sweet and patient. Thank you so much!!

The girl at the drive thru window was sweet, got serviced fast..HOWEVER, my $9 meal was way too expensive for what I got. My fries weren’t fresh but instead were old fries that were put back into the grease. They were super greasy and crunchy. My chicken sandwich was greasy, the the patty was not fresh and barely contained any chicken. I regret going here cus I could’ve got a mcchicken from McDonald’s for $2 compared to the $9 that I spent. Plus I Couldn’t do feedback as I didn’t receive a receipt. I didn’t feel like going back to have it remade ? that’s what I get for diverting from my usual order of fries n a shake.

I was shocked. To be fast food drive thru. I didn't expect such great customer service. Food was awesome.
There’s an old angry lady that is so rude and disrespectful. She has a bad attitude towards customers. I was waiting for an UberEats order and all of the sudden she yelled at me for no reason I told her I am sorry but what did I do ? She said don’t stand by the window then she hands me the order and rudely asked me to leave. If I was wrong she could ask me politely. That lady is sick and have issues!
