Customer service sucks
Very long lines ,but over all customer service. Was fine
Checkers is a fast-food restaurant open late until midnight. While sometimes only accepting online orders after 8 pm, the food is generally fast and good. However, recent experiences with the staff have been mixed. From a friendly cashier who assisted with a custom order to a worker who lacked care and hung up on a customer, customer service seems inconsistent. Despite these incidents, Checkers remains a popular monthly stop for many customers. The food quality can vary, with some finding the buns hard and the fries great, while others note the food was cold. The location can also be sketchy, but the outdoor seating has been utilized by some customers.
