I always ordered food from there. The staff was really friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. As for the food, I really loved their chicken pesto sandwich. For drinks, my go-to is the brown sugar shaken espresso, though I love their other options too.

I was excited to try this place because it’s cute and I’ve never been. I parked out front. The had to jump over a big pile of snow to get to the sidewalk and the pavement outside the door was super slippery I almost fell walking in. Ordered my two coffees for me and my fiance and when I get in my car to put them in the cup holder one of the tops comes off and coffee spills everywhere! Great! The top doesn’t fit properly. I clean up the best I can and start to drink my other coffee and guess what happens? The top falls off spilling coffee all over myself and the seat. I just ended up stopping at the shell gas station near the cafe and throwing them both away. Please get better quality cups and tops because my clothes and car are ruined.

Don't even bother. Girl working the counter was so unhelpful and condescending that I had to stop ordering and just walk out.
I also ordered pastries that the woman behind the counter forgot about. She looked at me like a leper for a second because she was confused why I was still idly standing by when she was done making my drinks and she started making the next customer's drinks. I had to remind her, "My pastries..." and that's when I got the rest of my order.
Granted, it was Thanksgiving and a bunch of people had just come in and this was the only person working behind the counter, but again - I wouldn't come back. Menu items are overpriced for not that great of service or eating/drinking.

The pistachio latte and Dubai chocolate bar are absolutely to die for. Extremely delicious. But don’t go here during your lunch! I waited for 25 minutes for one sandwich before I had to get a refund to avoid being late to work.
I really appreciate the quality and service. I ordered a raspberry lime cheesecake and was one of the best items. My brother ordered a sandwich which was extremely well worth it!

They own a great barista coffee machine —> great coffee.
The cakes and pastries on display look tasty and well prepared.
I ordered the ice cream and an espresso. Both were awesome! The taste great and the quantity (ice) plenty.
The atmosphere here is very relaxed and enjoyable.
No loud annoying top40 standard music. Nice tiles on the floor and a pretty ceiling with cute decorated walls.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Today was my second time ordering from this place. I showed up 3 minutes late, and she won't let me in to get my drinks. First, she pretended she couldn't see me knocking at the door despite the numerous times I tried to get her attention. Second, when she responds and came by the door I told her I already placed an order , she wont let me in to get my drink stating "we they are closed.". Very bad customer service ?

I ordered two lattes, one was a Biscoff and one was a Creme Brûlée. The creme brûlée was disgusting and had a bunch of syrupy, sugary goop at the bottom that made it inedible for drinking or even reheating to melt that stuff.
