Customer service was good, but the cupcakes tasted like they had been sitting for about a week. What Shame because I bet theyd taste really good if they were fresh. For 7 dollars a cupcake id expect them to be fresh, maybe put them 50% of or something if you want to get rid of them.
You will not find a better bakery anywhere on the planet. Truly old world charm and service! Must try the almond poppy roll as well as the paczki. Don’t forget your rye bread as well as your pierogi.
Best sourdough rye bread! All the pastries are delicious, too. Staff is exceptional and friendly and go above and beyond and have a unique history to tell. Can’t miss this stop if you’re in the Detroit area!
