I was a regular customer until the new changes. It used to be a great Mexican restaurant with the best service. It was as authentic as you could get for this far north. And slowly I noticed it change and not in a good way. The regular severs were gone, the food went from good to horrible. The decor went from Mexican vibes to white washed vibes. Hancock is the last place you’d expect to find a great Mexican restaurant but La Cantina is it! Enjoyed the atmosphere especially with the staff singing along to music and custom furniture. Carne Asada Fries are a great dish. Special Dinner is a sleeper item on the menu. Good value too!
First time dining here since the new owners took over...
We were apprehensive about it because of the sad quality of the food served by previous owners...

The Food, Service, and atmosphere were all Outstanding!!!...🙂
