Based on the reviews, Shiba Café | Ramen House is an amazing place to get ramen and other Japanese-American food. The food is always amazing and the best ramen ever eaten, with a broth that is ridiculously perfect and flavorful. Mouth watering deliciousness. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. The price is extremely reasonable and the food is fairly priced. There is lots of seating and big windows. Customers can build whatever type of ramen they could dream of, and it will not disappoint. Specific meals mentioned include the basic bowl ($10), two appetizers ($10), the Sea food bowl, and the Traditional bowl, all of which were fantastic. The atmosphere is comforting and nice, and the Shiba theme is a highlight. It is a great must try place for lunch or dinner in Hancock.
