I’ve seen some horrible KFCs in some horrible places throughout the USA but this KFC takes the cake. Worst fast food establishment I’ve ever visited in my 37 Detroit years. Make the garbage McDonalds on 9 look good somehow….

First I just want to say that I am a regular customer at this KFC and I visited this location last night and witnessed a hostile male worker insulting a wonderful young lady worker. He was very rude. I come here all the time and I do enjoy this restaurant but the disrespect he gave towards her.. she is a good worker and it brings me pain that there are still people like this.. keep up the good work for the good workers that are hard to find and don’t let anyone knock you down!

This placed over charged my debit card. My meal was 11 dollars and some cents they charged me for someone else order (24 dollars and some cents. They gave me cash back and offered me a drink. Horrible!!!!!!…..didn’t order a drink with my meal because I didn’t want one!….check your debit card transactions with this place. They should have gave me the meal for free!!!…THAT would have made more since!

Terrible! Went here for lunch today and ordered the famous bowl (no combo) I was told at the window it was 5.50. checked my card later and was charged over 7 bucks for the combo!!!! Keep your receipts and pay attention. Extra money going on employees pockets. Will never go back and will tell everyone about my experience...also to add the food was terrible 😞 .

The baldheaded older women with the glasses has the nastiest attitude in the entire metro Detroit area. she basically just threw my hot sauce packages at me cause of attitudes like this is the reason I drive further out to other locations
One thing I dislike is RUDE people because you never know what kind of day that person is having. They gave me two mash potatoes instead of macaroni so I told BERNICE and she had the nastiest attitude. Snatched it out my hand and rolled her eyes. I would have been wrong if I would have been disrespectful instead I asked for her name to make a complaint! She needs to work on customer service!!
