Ordered 8 piece chicken meal and found out only 6 pieces were included when I got home, several miles away. After several tries, the phone was answered and employee told me if I did not return the same day, there would be nothing they could do. I was told the manager was too busy to take the call. I asked for the employee’s name and she stopped speaking but held the phone. Totally disappointed and will not return there. So unfortunate!!!

I hadn't been to a KFC in quite a while but we decided to try this one and the food was pretty good. Everything was hot and fresh and service was quick and friendly. I am not a big chicken eater and I ate a whole breast. I would definitely go back again.

The chicken was so soggy the skin fell off when I picked it up. Upon doing so, I realized the bottom of the box and wax paper were brown from old disgusting oil. I took one bite of the chicken and I was sorry I did. It was terrible. The potatoes & biscuit were good but the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had. They should be ashamed that they even served this. Taking it back to get a refund is a waste of my time and energy. Just save your money and go ANYWHERE except here.

The chicken was not cooked all the way, the lady threw the dessert bite in the box with the chicken, the chicken had strawberry filling on it. She was rude it wasn’t even busy I placed the order online still was missing food.

There has been a vagrant hanging around the parking lot for days( I called police, they did nothing), he is there whenever I drive by. Well he now has a pile of trash by the tree. Apparently the employees don't tend to the parking lot or they would be cleaning it and calling police to have him trespassed.
