The gentleman in charge of the register was more interested in his phone than helping the line of angry customers and was extremely rude to numerous customers. Tossing things across the counter etc. we all stood there waiting for our food patiently but could tell I wasn’t the only one upset with the service we were given. We won’t be back here again. Your customer service should be number one but they worry about texting back and forth on their phone.

Did mobile order at drive thur. Looked at line and figured it would be quicker if I just popped in and grabbed my food. 1person was in front of me took just as long if not longer. I guess restaurant is not equipped if you decide to come in

I couldn't believe how awful the experience I had was at this wendy's, in harper woods I did a mobile order, and they lost the order again. They didn't start preparing until I got there. I saw the son of baconator sandwiches on a commercial, and I thought those look good. What I got was three sandwiches with a tiny piece of bacon on the top and only one piece of cheese, but the picture that they've show really looks good.

Dietary restrictions: I'm a diabetic. The last 2 times I've gone through the drive-thru and ordered a double and a diet Coke, I got home and found regular Coke. So, rather than drive all the way back there, I end up throwing away 2 large diet Cokes. I checked my ticket and they were rang up as diets. I will only go back there to let the manager know they are a bunch of inept A Holes, then never again.

There are always multiple people near the window? I ordered a junior hamburger in a six-piece chicken nuggets. They asked me if the hamburger was in the bag which it was. When I got home the hamburger had nothing on it just the bun and the hamburger and it was as dry as could be. So it's back to Burger King for my hamburger. Very poor service at Wendy's

Placed an online order for an easier pickup or so I would imagine. Waited at the drive thru FOR 20 minutes with no one responding to HELLO???? Drove up to the window I noticed the change of the drawers at 4pm. At least five cars drove off behind me.. I would have too if I didn’t pay for my daughters meal… Waited another ten minutes at the window for my food. It Wasn’t even room temperature! I Called to speak to a manager and no one is answering the phone. I won’t be back. We typically stop here once a week. Whoever was running this store today had no idea or care in the world to help anyone. SEEK NEW MANAGEMENT because clearly it’s not working.
Staff is rude and no public restroom So call work and changed everyone to Arby’s down the road and service was amazing and had a restroom for there customers

I received old food. The bread on my burger was so old and stale it was appalling. I can’t believe they would even serve something like that. Fries were cold as well. I will no longer frequent this location. It’s terribly ran.

10 cars in the drive thru... decided to go in to the dining room since generally first come first serve. Ordered immediately upon walking inn... waited 15-20 min for a hamburger and fry (there was one woman ahead, but she only had a combo meal too)... they prioritized the drive thru orders even though my order was placed prior to at least 5 of the vehicles in drive thru. Made worse by 4 additional driver thru customers in top of the previous 10. Girl at the counter was good but the organization was complete trash. Get home the fries are compete wet, floppy garbage (maybe don't pull too soon? Or shake the oil out before flipping into the bin?) The top bun on my Hamburger was cardboard hard... complete trash prepp and quality was terrible. The drink was normal. I Will no longer go to this wendys, i will drive to next city (or more than likely go to a competitors. Been over here 20 years this was the last straw. Please boycott or go elsewhere

Ordered the krabby patty by itself just to try it thinking it would be fresh & hot. Wrong. Pattie was cold & bottom bread was hard & falling apart. Waited atleast 30 mins, Tragic.
