I did a Uber eats got the Monday special my food was nasty overcooked and burnt never again will . I wast my money and time and order again very upset

I just went to order some food, and the customer service was absolute crap. They kept me waiting ,they said it would take 15 minutes, but in the end, I waited 50 minutes. When I finally picked up my food, it was ice-cold, and they charged me for a $12 rice fried shrimp but gave me an $8 one. I’m never going back.

I just had a bad experience with a staff member who had a horrible attitude. When I simply asked is there was a manager I could speak to about a modification to my order (because the staff member would not help me) he said “no” and I asked if there was anyone else there and he said “no”. I just cancelled my order. The customer service here is always terrible.

I recently called in a order for shrimp hibachi rice with chicken added was told my order would be ready in 10 mins and it took 20 I arrived 3mins after ordering otp got my food ate it and it was salty I'm a big fan of flavor but not high blood pressure a waste of $25 will probably not visit again.

My food was cold and partially uncooked that I ordered through DoorDash. When I called the restaurant to advice the young lady was like it wasn’t them must be another location, no it was you on Kelly rd that decided not to put your best foot forward in making a customers food. Will not eat here again. DoorDash gave me my money back. Poor quality everything rice hard , broccoli cold etc!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here at Yoshii. I always get the $10 meal deal because it makes smart economical sense. It’s a different protein each day so you truly get to switch it up but getting that delicious rice and spring roll. You truly don’t need the sauce because the seasoning is so on point.
Let me also say, the containers are perfect for work lunch time storage. 😁
And one added bonus is, that stunning young lady that works there from time to time.
Again, the food is A1 , price is unbeatable, & service is top notch. One of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Thank you for the great experience.

Great food first time trying it on the east way better than the west I never tried yoshi after the west keep up the good work🔥

They gave me more rice than anything else when I ordered the mini spicy chicken . The food was good but it was way more rice then veggie and chicken I believe this business would do so much better with better management and team members because the food was good it was just prepared wrong

Food was amazing! It was Benihana quality at a lower price. The service was great. The cashier was very helpful and friendly! I will be going back.
