If you believe a great pizza should be generously loaded, look no further—this is the place! It is so yummy every single time we visit. Beyond the excellent food, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. The regulars are very friendly and make you feel right at home. A special shout-out to Angel in the kitchen, who consistently does a wonderful job preparing anything off the menu. This place is a definite must-try for pizza lovers!

Make sure you check to see if your dressing for the salad is in the bag. Cause they sure won’t..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A total hidden gem — worth the drive.

Super cozy roadside joint that hits all the right notes. Crossroads Grill has the kind of old-school, small-town charm that feels like a time capsule in the best way — complete with a full bar, comfy barstools, TVs playing the game, and a pool table to pass the time. It’s clearly a local favorite, and now I get why.

I got the fried chicken wrap and sweet potato fries — the portion was generous, the wrap was hot and perfectly seasoned, and the fries were crispy and golden. Paired it with a Two Hearted IPA from the bar, which was ice cold. Food came out fast and the pricing is more than fair.

The inside is relaxed and friendly, with mismatched chairs, vintage signage, and even a “Hiding from Wife” joke board that tells you you’re in the right kind of divey comfort zone. The menu’s got a good spread too — wings, burgers, pizzas, wraps, and even cauliflower bites if you’re on the lighter side.

This spot makes a great detour or destination, especially if you’re exploring the Traverse City or Buckley area. If you like places that don’t try too hard — just great people and great food — this is it.

Nice little place, quick service, friendly staff, and even met some of the locals. Joe owes me a fishing trip.
