“I love this old school, Mexican restaurant. It's one of the better on the East side. Especially, if you aren't interested looking for some overly fancy restaurant.I don't think that is the demographic for P&C's.The margaritas on a recent visit were a little bit watered down or just not as good as usual.However, the service and food are always top notch!“

“Trying places near the old homestead now.Was jonesing for Mexican food (on a taco Tuesday? I'm shocked) and found Juan's.The service is insanely quick. The door hadn't even closed behind me before I was greeted. It took about three seconds for the server to head towards my destination for the next 45 minutes.Chips & salsa arrived with Madison about 20 seconds later. Chips were fine, nothing special, and a touch greasy in spots. The standard salsa has good flavor if no heat. Asked and received for hotter. It was a step in the right direction but a long way from the destination I desired. Medium at best.Madison enquired if I had been in previously and offered a sample of the chicken tortilla soup when I responded in the negative. It was killer. Had it been colder outside, I'd have had a few bowls of that.Ordered the enchiladas, chicken today. I have never had an order show up so quickly in my life. Fast-food drive-thrus wish they could do things this fast. Hand on heart: my food was in front of me 3 minutes after I said what I wanted. Maximum 3 minutes.The refritos & rice were good, the enchiladas excellent, moist, tender & hot.Madison, unlike most servers, did NOT talk to me when my mouth was full (?? ) but did check in several times.I do wish the music had been quieter and maybe not so stereotypically Mexican (yes, I realize how that sounds). I love Mexican food but not that brassy Mexican music.With tax my bill was just under $15. “This place is amazing and must go to, great atmosphere and the staff is beyond amazing and the food is even better. go to location don’t order off Uber driver messed up order called location and I believe it was the owner that got on the phone and said if you come up I’ll take care of you and he did fresh tacos and omg he gave me a piece of cake and literally all I can say is omg it was so freggin goodThank you will be back again and me and wife fought over cake“

“Absolutely the Best Mexican food & drinks I’ve had in a long time. The energy in the place is totally amazing. They greet u at the table and sing. Song of choice was baby shark for my two yr old daughter. I would recommend this palace a million times. This a must go to restaurant.“

“I felt so at home as soon as i entered the establishment. The workers Lilliana, Natalie and Paulina, all welcomed me in and helped me with my order. The food here is absolutely delicious! I got the steak quesadillas and they were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere and music was so authentic i felt like i was in mexico! I also got a Sidral (apple soda) and it quenched my thirst so i could continue my delicious meal. 10/10 i would recommend and DEFINITELY come back more often!Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking with a slanted entrance so wheelchairs can easily be pushed into the building.“

“Detroit Taco Company is a great place for a bite to eat. The service was excellent, food is great and love the art work on the walls.I absolutely loved the salsa. I normally do not eat salsa, the salsa is amazing. I highly recommend this place.“

“Overall good experience and we will return! Food was great other than the Mexican rice which tasted like wet cardboard/freezer. Golden Margarita flight was great! We were seated right away and our waitress was very attentive even though they were very busy on a Saturday at dinner time.“

“The food is amazing. Authentic Mexican and their own specialty puffy tacos. The only knock is that they allow customers to park in no parking signs area, and it screws with traffic going to Kroger or anywhere else. The customers can use a true parking space 30 feet away and not be lazy.“

The market table offers good side dish options and it's hard to not over eat Ambiance is great for date night or celebration. If you are not a big fan of meat, I won't suggest this place. Due to the amount of food and meat, I will not say this is your everyday eat out restaurant. Otherwise, I highly recommend. Disclaimer, I had only eaten dinner there and not yet try their lunch option.“

“This place was great. Reserved this restaurant for moms 71st bday, as she loves Mexican food. Staff was super accommodating with our fairly large group. Manager Demetry initially handled resv's, before handing off to Dawn and Shannon. They were all very good. Food was great...atmosphere was eventually cool. Nice place “

The highest attention to detail is observed from the fresh ingredients, the clean dining room to the parking lot. My wife and I used to come often for dinner/drinks when we first moved to the area…Miguel’s was our “go-to”.Fast forward 6 years and 3 kids later, we all decided to make a visit and see how things were.We were greeted promptly at the door by a woman who was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She even had some “surprises” for our little guys prior to seating us.We started off with the table side guacamole which was even better than I remembered. “They always make the food great and it's consistently made with not just a tortilla, like Taco Bell, where you get a quesadilla and barely any chicken or cheese are only in the center and sides have nothing in them.Vegetarian options: They no longer have Beyond Meat but their beans are fire.“

The people manning the window or front counter are very nice. If they make a mistake on your order (very rare at this location), they fix it quickly and give you a couple coupons for free tacos.“
