“Came on 12/09/25 @ 4:50ish pm and just like always, phenomenal service! I always go here and it’s the best one out of the three I live by (Royal Oak & Madison Heights). The service is the best part. The workers are always on point and have great customer service. Gave the food a 4 star because it’s usually great the only thing I can critique is the chalupa she’ll sometimes is a little hard. “I just wanted to take a minute to give a shoutout to the manager at this Chipotle. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their job and the people they’re helping, and that was definitely the case here. They were friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of, even though it was busy.

Good customer service can be hard to find sometimes, so I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. This manager deserves recognition for the way they run the store and treat customers. Great job!“

“For many years I’ve came to this location because it’s near my home and I would come here if I didn’t want to drive out of my way. Everytime I came here the place was dirty, staff was terrible food was old! The last 2 times I’ve been here the staff has been amazing, food fresh and good and very clean!
