Edit- Place is an absolute joke anymore. They still haven't recovered from covid somehow. Most mornings the lobby is closed and when it's actually open its possible nobody will even acknowledge you. The crazy part is they're not even busy anymore, because all of their business started going to Dunkin Donuts. Also, I was told cheese on a bagel was considered breakfast and they don't serve breakfast after 3. God forbid you want cheese and bacon on a bagel after 3.Food and coffee are good, but wait times are always horrible early in the day, especially if you go inside. They help like 10 people in the drive-thru for every one or two in store. They also frequently mess up your order.

They were out of almost everything I wanted, and our sweet foam cold brew came with their "whip" on top, which is not only not what's supposed to be on there, it's also gross in general. LolEdited to 4 stars because of non argumentative owner response. Thank you.

Nobody greeted us when we came into the restaurant, food was cold. Do not recommend this Tim Hortons, rude service and bad food to boot!

We were disappointed that the hours posted online stated they’d be open until 8pm Sundays and they were already closed at 7pm. We were really looking forward to Tim Horton’s as there aren’t any near where we live.

This is the WORST Tim Hortons I've ever been too. Just moved to the area and I'm bummed because Timmy's has the best coffee. The staff is rude, the service is terrible, the food sucks, and half the time the scanner doesn't work for so I can't use the app and accumulate points and pay. I ordered 2 farmers breakfast sandwiches and the hash browns in both were soggy and cold. Not warm, COLD. When I called and spoke with the manager (who I should name drop here but wont) she said "sorry about that, have a nice day," and hung up the phone on me. Everytime I go thru the drive thru I'm the first to the window. Now I know why. Just terrible. It's no wonder why the why the dunkin donuts down the street has a line wrapped around the building every morning. The Timmy's near where I use to live was awesome. Complete opposite of this place. That Timmy's new my name, my families names, and greeted us as such. This Timmy's your lucky the girl at the window says one word.

This isn't against the employers at this location.. it's directed at whatever joke owns it. You can't run a business and constantly have your machines down or broken and expect to make money. And not only that but your neglect puts your employees is positions where they constantly have to dissapoint their customers. Your selfishness is not fair to your employees or your customers. Maybe you should try putting a little more investment into your location and putting your employees first.

Wrnt there today all I order was the bacon egg and cheese omelet bits with a small ice capp. Received the veggie bits. Can't stand veggies in my eggs called them to let them know I wanted a replacement and it could not be today and was greeted on the phone by the rudest person. When I told her the problem she said OK. What do you want? A Refund? I said no I just want a replacement omelet bite and she told me to bring the veggie ones back or she couldn't replace them. I don't know what part of I can't come back today she didn't get but very poor customer service don't go there if you expect to get what you pay for
