This is the best fast food place I have ever frequented. I love starting my day there. The drive thru is fast, efficient and friendly. The staff has learned who I am by my voice and my order (which they usually are typing in before I give it to them) and they never fail to greet me by name and with welcoming smiles every time I go there. I know most of them individually now and always look forward to seeing them to start my day. I've been going there since the store...

Thank you this is the ONLY Tim Hortons that has cooked my sausage on a plain croissant well done as requested. Unfortunately I didn’t get my receipt but I was there today 6/25/26 at about 7:45 am . Great Customer Care, and food. Thank you again!!!

Huge shoutout to Jamie who single-handedly saved my Sunday. After someone cut me off and turned my car into an accidental Iced Capp crime scene, I pulled back into the drive-thru already defeated.
For context: Sunday Iced Capps are basically a family tradition. It’s sacred. It’s emotional. It’s non-negotiable.
