Absolutely do not use your credit card on the Wing Snob website!! I purchased a $50 gift card that neither worked online, nor in person. Customer service responded one time by sending the exact same card number and pin, which didn't work, again. After that, customer service ghosted me entirely until I left a negative Yelp review, and then never responded when I contacted a provided email to fix the problem. Wing Snob offers great food and excellent service. The food is fresh and delicious, coming out quickly. The Boom, Boom chicken sandwich, seasoned fries, corn bread, and Mac and cheese are all good. The tenders are the best in the area, with juicy goodness; Hot af is a favorite for spice lovers. Wings and fries are very good, with crispy fries and great seasoning. The staff is super friendly, thoughtful, and hardworking. They go out of their way to take care of customers. The food is fresh, and even picky children love it. Wings arrive hot and the sauces are great. Wing Snob is a returning spot for many.
