I ordered from the Monroe location, I got it delivered which they used door dash. When I got my order it was completely wrong and no drink. I got the 10pc boneless meal. There was 10 bone-in wings (which I can’t eat) and no drink. I called immediately and told them and I was told I would get a refund. Absolutely do not use your credit card on the Wing Snob website!! I purchased a $50 gift card that neither worked online, nor in person. Customer service responded one time by sending the exact same card number and pin, which didn't work, again. After that, customer service ghosted me entirely until I left a negative Yelp review, and then never responded when I contacted a provided email to fix the problem.
