“The worse service I ever experienced. Was there and ordered 2 burgers. Received 1. Waited another half hour to receive the one for my mother that has dementia. She asked "what is going on" . There was a couple sitting behind my mother in a booth also. The man told the waitress that it was the worse steak he ever ate. "Was like chewing gum" . It doesn't stop there. Took over half hour for my mother to get her margarita. I asked when Will that be served. My mother is not a drinker. Then....omg...I requested water and a box to go for the burger we didn't get to start with...well that took along time also...the people sitting behind me in a booth was waiting on the return of their credit card.....the staff had no clue where that was...then another waitress brought them more food which was to go to another table.....then the waitress brought me a bill ticket that was 12 dallors and change for some one else.....that took more time finally to pay our bill. Our waitress said she had been off 3 days...hard getting back in the swing of things...dammmmnmn. will never go back there again.”

“Your employee, Emma P., needs a raise. Sweetest girl, and works very hard, unlike the other kids that were working the floor tonight. I watched 2 kids stand around complaining to their friends about their schedules and horsing around, while every table inside was filthy and trash all over tables and the floor. Meanwhile, Emma was manning the counter, making the food, and delivering it to the customers out on the floor, like an absolute champ! Never once saw her smile leave her face. Very pleasant person to interact with!”

Service was genuinely really nice! The employees were really friendly and helpful. AND the employees wear their own goofy costumes on Halloween, my favorite being the cashier rocking the cute shark onesie! 🦈
The employees are quick to prepare and deliver my food and I never experienced mistakes on any of my orders!

As far as atmosphere, could be better. Country music is always playing in the background which is not for everyone, but the place is incredibly clean, like you never get that icky feeling like you would with a McDonald's place.

Overall this place is really nice! go here every week (mostly the drive through) and it's been consistently tasty and reliable.

“I like going here just because it's actually cheap, and faster than everything else. Why go to McDonald's and pay $15 for a meal when you could literally get two hot and ready pizzas for the same price. The only comparable deal is burger king with their rodeo burger, but that doesn't taste as good.”

“The good is great but they were out of salt and black olives. Which, I guess, you can run out of stuff, but seriously, there's a Family Fare across the road, an aldi and Walmart siren the road. Go get some condiments people”

“We ordered from Dynasty to celebrate our anniversary. We took our take out to the park and discovered we were missing an item. We called and they were incredibly apologetic and sincere. They had it ready for us to pick up and added 2 egg rolls and once again apologized profusely for their mistake. Incredible customer service and a delicious, fresh meal.”

“Well when I got to the end of my pizza and bit into my crust there was a long sandy brown curly hair baked into my food. Safe to say I'm not coming back please note my hair is green and my fiance shaved his head awhile ago and it was baked into the crust”

“We went there for our first time on 11-1-25. Food was excellent, server was very attentive but was also making our drinks when we ordered them which can cause some slowdowns, and the old school atmosphere with updates was very pleasing. I had the Grill 27 steak with the peppercorn butter and balsamic glaze. It was delicious and prepared medium rare exactly how it should be!! Chose the house salad and onion petals as my sides. They were great as well, we will be back.”
