Bro you can’t be rude and mess up my order who gives somebody chicken tenders with no bbq sauce honestly wasted my money plan was to eat otw home cause I was so hunger I wouldn’t get home and be rushing and I could chill a second nah, I have to hold on to fast food chicken tenders that I bought to eat now till I get home completely defeated the purpose and I paid for the sauce that’s what’s crazy

I placed my order online went to pick up my order they were rude. One of the items on my order they didn’t have so I asked them to replace it with something else the manager want to argue about $1 in difference when online the price I paid for the item was equivalent to what I was asking for. Then she proceeded to say well just call customer service I purchased the order through the checkers website so I wouldn’t have gotten my money back. Then they made my sandwich with not toppings when it just said no mustard because I am allergic. I proceeded to ask the for the other topping the pretended I was not at the window. I was a manager for a fast food chain for 2plus years and have never treated a customer like this. I will be filling a formal report tomorrow.

They have a sign in the window asking customers to be nice to the few employees who actually showed up. But they're faster than any full staffed Checkers I've ever been to! Food has always been hot and fresh. Service has always been amiable at minimum. Very excited to have such a great location so close to my new home!
