Fries wayyyy too salty couldn’t even eat them. Second time I’ve went and the fries were salty af. I don’t remember them ever even salting fries before but I think they should stop.

This was by far the WORST place I visited. I ordered the $5 Special they charge me Xtra for cheese. And threw me garbage food. It was awful! The Mgr was there but nobody cared. I will Never Be Back!!!

Did a online order. When i got to the speaker to say i was here. I asked if i could upgrade the frys to fry lovers since the online ordering doesn't let you and was willing to pay for it. Was told they couldn't do any order edits. I get to the window and they have already edited the order taking off the apple pies because they didn't have any and replacing them with ice cream with out asking if i wanted something else. Then was asked if i wanted sauce that if they looked at the order was ordered and paid for. Told them the sauce which ended up being wrong, Got all the way home to see that half my order was also missing. When i got back up there to get the right items, half of that was wrong too. I don't go to this place often and looks like i have to keep reminding myself why i don't go there anymore. The only thing that ended up being even edible was the chicken sandwiches.
First of all that $5 meal is suppose to come with cheese. It's on all the promotions. Second of all when I spoke to Manager for charging me 1.00 for cheese he lied and played it off. 3rd when u got the food home, it was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, it was Nasty, and I tried giving it to the dog. He refused and his name is Chubby. Same Deals are BETTTER elsewhere.

Really the food is low tier if we’re all being real but the way frank gets in that grill and makes it whip it gets my juices moving so I’ll accept the mid food for a lil bite of frank on the side which he always is happy to provide !
