I come here for breakfast. The food is always good but my GOD is the wait long. You have to allow 15-20 to sit in the drive-thru cause you can’t go in. The people are friendly and the food is good. The wait keeps me from going sometimes.

The front counter service was cool, the problem is the people making the food. I placed a specific order detailing what I did and did not want on the burger. I then watched as the guy put everything I didn't want on it. I told the lady at the register what I saw, and she unwrapped it and told him to remake it. She then said I could keep both, which is grace I've never received from anyplace else.

Sorry but I won't be supporting any establishment that locks the lobby doors during business hours . And I sure won't be trusting the food from the drive through made by employees who lock the lobby during normal business hours 🫣

Slow and inefficient! My food is sitting in the drive thru window getting cold bc they refuse to open the lobby and I’m stuck waiting for them to make fresh food for the car in front of me (actually 3 cars ahead of me) all got fresh food while mine sat in the window getting ice cold for more than 15 minutes while I was stuck in line

I visited Hardee’s today 7/14/2025 early this morning. First off I had thee best customer service.. my food was fresh and HOTTTT! I went looking for a chicken breakfast sandwich and was disappointed but my breakfast and fresh biscuits made up for it!! Thanks so much for Great customer service.. Both guys who work this am!!! My main problem with this place is they only open the dining room area when apparently convenient, and their doors are essentially always locked in the morning! I work right across the street and do not drive, though I try to role the dice almost daily to see if they happen to be open, to no avail 95% of the time! They definitely need management to fix this process! They have lost probably hundreds just from me alone for never being open for a walk in! 😏
