My new favorite coffee shop. Great coffee, great quality breakfast sandwiches, and super friendly staff. I've been several times now, and it's always consistent. The prices are wonderfully reasonable, and the place is spacious and clean. My go-to now for a quick coffee and breakfast.

Cute-iful shop. My daughter and I split breakfast and I recommend the blueberry scone, the cinnamon roll and the croissant egg sandwich. I'm going to try the panini next time. Or maybe lunch.

Lots of drink options, not only coffee. Delicious, very fresh breakfast sandwiches! The woman working there was really nice, you could tell she cared about making sure our food was delicious and she explained everything to us because we were first-timers. The bubble tea was really tasty and there were so many options! Definitely will be back to this awesome Hazel Park spot!

I used to go to The Java Hutt in Ferndale all the time. I’ve been to the new Hazel Park location a handful of times. I thought it was just okay when they first opened up, but recently has been just as great as the Ferndale location! I will make an effort to stop in more.

What a great place. The attendant couldn't have been friendlier. I will definitely go back. Cozy spots to sit and enjoy your coffee and baked goods or food. Everything my husband and I had was good. Amazing banana bread.

The barista I always see in the morning (not sure if she's the owner or not) is always upbeat, helpful, and charming. I think she makes the place what it is!
There are plenty of tables to work from the place for a couple hours or sit and read a book. I think they have a couple tables in the back outside too but I don't think it's a full patio at this time.
I know they have plenty of good sounding breakfast options but I'm not much of a morning eater so I haven't had any yet.
Highly recommend this place! It's a great stop and easy/fast to get in and out of on your way to work too.
