I ordered my fries made fresh and they gave them to me cold. That was a easy order to make and they messed that up easy. There is no supervision. It's hard to get fresh food made hot. Don't waste your money going to this restaurant.

They now want you to PAY for a SMALL TAP WATER and upcharge if you want orange juice or lemonade instead of pop. Each item in the meal was somehow over $2 when those items were half that price sold separately on the value menu last year. There's just no value to their offers anymore, and I regret coming here even occasionally.

I ordered on the mobile app. I ordered a vanilla coffee which is a $2 upcharge. Paid the delivery fee and tipped. I got a frozen lemonade instead. I get if they are out of coffee but why was I allowed to spend extra money on something that’s not available? I wasted time and money doing this. They can’t refund mobile orders because it’s third party. The only thing I can do is drive to go get the right thing (which they obviously don’t have) and waste not only my time and gas but also the money I spent on delivery bc it defeats the whole purpose. I will take this review down if y’all give me my money back or send me the shit I actually wanted.
