Came early to pick up my online order and asked to use the restroom while I waited. The employee told me they don’t have a public bathroom even though there’s clearly one in the back of the store. I was already spending money here, and if I had known paying customers weren’t allowed to use the restroom, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. On top of that, my order isn’t even ready so I have to wait even longer to use the bathroom. That policy is ridiculous. I won’t be back.

I ordered a large amount of subs for a party. Needed order to be ready by 3p on a Friday. Michelle, the manager saw to it my order was ready on time. Her staff is awsome also; They had to hold the store down while she filled my order. So this Subway is located on 9 Nile and I Scheonner. That's my store now.

This subway is disgusting dirty trifling all the above there was a literal dirt ball in my mans sub!! Do not eat here what so ever !!! Never again I have pictures!

Horrendous. They don’t mind if homeless people come in here to accost the customers. I truly don’t understand how it takes over 40 minutes to make a 6 inch sandwich. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable waiting for an online order before.

Was having trouble with the app and asked the manager, who I believe is named Danielle, if I could order something of equal value and have it made to my preferences. She agreed, and I placed my order. We initially had a friendly conversation — she even mentioned her niece has a name similar to mine.
However, things quickly changed. She suddenly became rude and started complaining about having to add vegetables to my sub, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This was very unprofessional behavior from someone in a managerial role.

What a great experience! Food was hot, fresh and very good. Plus, I came in with a coupon they didn't accept, and the awesome lady at the counter found discounts she had available for what I ordered! Great job guys! I'll definitely come back!

Terrible.. one guy kept sticking his head in the oven to make sure it was clean while the other girl took 10 mins to make a 6in sub and then proceeded to work on a DoorDash order. Both looked right at me multiple times but no one spoke to me so I walked out. Trash!!

Placed an order online to receive 20% off. My card was charged but when I went into subway to pick up this order they didn't have it and it was nowhere in their system. Confirmed the address and showed the receipt of purchase on my bank account.The worker told me this happens weekly and called the owner. The owner also confirmed that this happens all the time with their system. I got the owners email just to confirm that i would in fact be refunded since i am not getting my sandwhich. She suggested that I order again in store, but would not honor the 20% off that I recieved when placing my order online. After wasting my lunch break dealing with this, the very least she could have done was honor my original order discount in store. This was the worst customer service and the biggest waste of my time. If this happens all the time, you'd think they would have figured out a solution by now. The fact that they won't honor the online discount when this does happen makes me think they dont want to fix it. I still have no idea if I'll actually get a refund or if this will turn into more of my time and energy spent trying to do so. Something fishy is going on for sure. I'll never be back and I would encourage you to steer clear of this place.
