Terrible.. one guy kept sticking his head in the oven to make sure it was clean while the other girl took 10 mins to make a 6in sub and then proceeded to work on a DoorDash order. Both looked right at me multiple times but no one spoke to me so I walked out. Trash!!

Placed an order online to receive 20% off. My card was charged but when I went into subway to pick up this order they didn't have it and it was nowhere in their system. Confirmed the address and showed the receipt of purchase on my bank account.The worker told me this happens weekly and called the owner. The owner also confirmed that this happens all the time with their system. I got the owners email just to confirm that i would in fact be refunded since i am not getting my sandwhich. She suggested that I order again in store, but would not honor the 20% off that I recieved when placing my order online. After wasting my lunch break dealing with this, the very least she could have done was honor my original order discount in store. This was the worst customer service and the biggest waste of my time. If this happens all the time, you'd think they would have figured out a solution by now. The fact that they won't honor the online discount when this does happen makes me think they dont want to fix it. I still have no idea if I'll actually get a refund or if this will turn into more of my time and energy spent trying to do so. Something fishy is going on for sure. I'll never be back and I would encourage you to steer clear of this place.

Went in to order a pizza. Was my lunch break. I called the store several hours ago to make sure they sold subway pizza. They confirmed yes. Yet when I went I was meant with rudeness and both ladies in the front told me the pizza was frozen and would be remotely available to serve. No type of solution at all. Just rude and wasted my lunch break

T is amazing always a great positive attitude and always gets you exactly what you want! Loveeee the soup and Ham n cheese subs, she’s super fast and keeps the store and bar behind the counter clean always :)) love to go in there and see her!!

Every time I go in subway whether it be for DoorDash Uber eats deliveries or buying food for myself no matter if there’s a long line or one person in front of me they tell you I’ll be with you in a moment and are too worried about cleaning up for the night and made me wait for nothing they have over an hour and a half to close the store and yet I’m waiting for her to clean yes she was polite but I am hungry and the churro was rock hard and tasted bad.. food was okay except every time I come in subway they don’t have my roasted chicken patty ;( I have to say I would rather go any other place then subway due to all the problems even my dad agrees with me this place needs improvements. I did tip 15% because I know how it is working there & the public; it sucks.

Maybe I'm bios because I worked at subway for 6 years. But I have never had a subway order so nasty to the point where no one finished their food and I just flushed 70 dollars down the drain. Which is where this food belonged. Where do we begin? Both foot long pretzels hard as a rock. Thrown away. Grilled chicken sandwich, chicken wasn't even heated up. Correct me if I'm wrong and something changed since I worked at subway. But if a guest requests that the grilled chicken sub isn't toasted u still are supposed to heat the chicken in the microwave for 1 minute. Ice cold, 2 bites thrown away. Ham so much dressing the bread was mush (did not request extra mayo), threw away. Bmt same as the ham, threw away. Meatball, missing parm and oregano. 2nd grilled chicken sandwich same as the first, threw away. Chicken dipper and cheese dipper honestly were the best thing we had but didn't include the dipping sauces bummer. At least my chips were good since that's what we had to eat for dinner since everything was so absolutely disgusting besides the meatball and the dippers. Will not go back to this subway because I can't be in the dog house again for ruining dinner. ?

I stopped in at the subway on 9 mile/John R today for lunch and was completely disappointed. Let me start by saying, the store looked so dirty and filthy! I come here a lot and I’ve never seen the store look so bad. The blonde manager normally has it so clean, neat and up to par. I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes. There was two workers, a younger female girl with longer hair and a tall guy, even though they were doing a good job, they just weren’t moving quick enough. There was a third employee outside smoking by the front door and texting on their phone. Looked like a man but spoke like a girl. I was tired of waiting, and left. As I got outside, (20 minutes after waiting) the third employee was still outside smoking. I said excuse me, is the manager in? She said yes, I’m the manager. I asked for the blonde manager and she told me she had been fired. I said, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and do not want to wait any longer, you might want to go help them inside because the line is long. She said, well if you’re tired of waiting you can go next door. She was very rude and unprofessional! Her tone was harsh, almost as if she was in a power trip. I felt so bad for the two employees inside, as they were struggling. I’m so sad to hear that the blonde manager was fired, as she was always so sweet and kind! I will not be returning to this location, because of this experience!
