I ordered 2 sandwiches and only got one. Which is fine because the one I did get was awful anyway. The bagel was still cold. The cheese wasn't melted. It was gross and doughy and just ew.. McDonald's does better for cheaper.

Mornings at this Tim’s are a dice roll. Order a coffee? Get a mocha. Order a sandwich? Enjoy your bagel. To avoid confusion I made time this morning to walk in over drive through and telling the teller to not put sugar in my coffees (cause that’s another fun surprise of this Tim’s, they love putting sugar when you specifically ask for non sugar drinks) - I was blown away when I looked her in the eyes and she said “no sugar” I thanked her, drove off, got to work and of course my coffee and my colleagues coffees all had sugar and we had to throw the coffees out. Have no idea what’s up or why this keeps happening. I’m just gonna drive further out to another Tim’s.
This place was very clean. They had all the Donuts stockedand they had the line moving. I’m very big on all three that I just said. It’s very sad that I have to get out of my neighborhood which is Detroit West side,Oak Park, Southfield telegraph just to get great service and things that I like and want. A guy name a brandon was excellent This location is hazel park!!!!!

Seriously this is the saddest management I ever seen. Be better. The coffee always be burnt after 2 hours but never used. The managers or supervisor need to stop being on that phone and help I can't stand people who always be on that damn phone not helping customers. And Clean up after yourselves! Tighten it up. My sandwich was cold when I first got it. Also who is the damn manager of that store learn how to control your tone I'm tired of the disrespect that the workers are getting here

The service was ok. The cashier was kind, pleasant and informative regarding the TH app. However, the restaurant itself could use a serious cleaning. I have visited other TH locations in other states and I’ve never seen one as unkept. The refrigerators were disgusting. If I saw the conditions of the kitchen before hand I wouldn’t have ordered.
