If I could give yall 0 stars I would. Service -1000/ 5 stars. Rude female staff.. don’t speak properly or listen at the drive through ..have u waiting there to take your order for 30 mins with no one else in line.. not sure if it’s a language barrier but that’s nobody’s problem tbh… why would you work a job you cannot fulfill ? Food terrible today . Never have what you ask for , food was undercooked and WRONG! Mind u im pregnant. That’s literally a health hazard. Staff needs to be replaced or store needs to be shut down . Gave me coffee with ice literally nothing else….no flavors sugar or cream nothing and I asked for an iced Carmel cappuccino. Do better fr.

I'm beyond frustrated with this location. The staff is typically friendly, but the friendlyness doesn't change that orders are often incorrect or missing items. The frequency of issues makes me not want to order from here but because it's the only thing remotely near I'm stuck with sub par service.

Went to the Dunkin in Highland Park and there were zero donuts for sale and the ones that were there were very old. The man behind the counter told us they were from 7:30 AM and that they do not make donuts after this time. Very disappointed.

Didn’t get what I ordered, even after repeating the order at least three times and made sure it matched on screen. 3 of my dozen we’re not what I asked for, coffee was missing pumpkin syrup, and croissant was missing most of the top of it, melted cheese all over wrapper. Will be going to Tim’s for now

They did not allow my children to use the restroom, claiming there was no key. They should've had a sign saying no public restrooms. The croissant was slightly burned but had a chemical taste on from the surface its warmed on.

Everything about my experience here was absolutely horrible. Very rude customer service from the window. Worker was very rude after finding out she made the wrong drink after handing it to us, she then snatched it out of my disabled mothers hand and slammed the window.

In the early morning it takes 20 minutes to go through this drive through if you order with 2 people in front of you. I like the staff, but the AM speed is baffling

I go here every morning before work today I go it’s a whole new staff and my coffee was made wrong then it look like this then price went up a few months ago med coffee 3.17 I go today it’s 3.28 I’m like how often do you up the prices on coffee per year they need a steady staff and train them well on how to make coffee or at leave follow the directions as we place the order
