Dunkin Donuts located at Woodward and Manchester has a customer service representative who is quite rude and disrespectful. When I called to discuss my coffee order, he abruptly refused my request to prepare it as previous employees had done. He also handled the products and equipment roughly, giving the impression that he was frustrated or unwilling to be at work. Several customers had to correct him about their orders. It would be beneficial to hire more competent and professional staff.

This by far is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever the customer service is poor. The Indians that work here are very rude. It’s always slow here. The orders are rarely right. The staff always have a poor attitudes and something smart to back like they ain’t a long way from Indiana., & somebody won’t see about it. The Cook staff always overcook or undercooked food. And Bottom line this establishment needs to be shut down.

This is my like 2nd or 3rd time coming to this one out of convenience. No matter how many times i do come here the food is stale and they mess up the order. My partner just ordered off of doordash and messed. We got 5 hashbrowns and left one out. Some of the hashbrowns were stale. Also when they ordered there coffee they did not ask for milk and they put milk in it anyway.

Got a coffee via drive-thru and was very happy with the polite barista at the window. Coffee was perfect.
The Indian girl running the drive-thru on Friday the 21st of June had no idea about her own menu I asked if they had anything juice like with caffeine in it because I saw the sparked energy on the front door and she informed me that it had no caffeine in it she said it was a sparkling water drink and I asked countless times okay does it have caffeine in it she kept telling me that it didn't I took her word for it but when I did a little internet search I found out she was very mistaken it's pretty unprofessional the people you have running this place I was pretty thirsty and could have used the drink

Doordashed expecting all of my different donuts because they are not in fact all glazed, and they are ALL GLAZED!! they threw in a few powdered to try and make up for it i guess. i wonder whats going on in management for me to spent $40 and get all incorrect items. On top of that, when I tried calling apparently their phone number does not work.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and IN VIOLATION OF CIVIL HEALTH CODES! Went in to buy donuts. Asked where the restroom was. The cashier with the glasses stated that they don’t have a restroom. I could literally see the bathrooms but this establishment refuses to let their customers use the restroom which is not only inhumane, but it’s ILLEGAL! Never spend money in a business that doesn’t respect its patrons on a human level. What a horribly disgusting way to treat people while also begging for their money!! This place doesn’t deserve any stars at all.
