In the early morning it takes 20 minutes to go through this drive through if you order with 2 people in front of you. I like the staff, but the AM speed is baffling

I go here every morning before work today I go it’s a whole new staff and my coffee was made wrong then it look like this then price went up a few months ago med coffee 3.17 I go today it’s 3.28 I’m like how often do you up the prices on coffee per year they need a steady staff and train them well on how to make coffee or at leave follow the directions as we place the order

The staff here are very rude. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go. It’s mainly the women that work here that don’t show decent hospitality to customers. They get upset when you send your order back and overall act like they don’t want to serve you. The food is not all that good and most of the time my coffee order is slightly off.

The dunking doughnuts on Woodward is Terrible I asked for iced coffee they gave me black I asked for a bacon and egg on a plain bagel no cheese I gets to work no bacon just an egg and that costed me $10,00 I will never go there again then the counter wasn't clean they trying to clean up didn't have a register out Definitely No Stars

After getting my coffee,the bigger cashier lady held my change in her hand as if she were trying to keep my money, so pay attention.
Probably my favorite Dunkin. The most consistent and quick, whether I walk in or drive thru. The team there is friendly and know their product. Their pastry case is always stocked. I wish there were more cafe tables, but I understand they want to discourage loitering.

Terrible 2 days ago I came up here it wasn't a foreign lady with attitude up here my 3 donuts came up to 4.86 now today I come she over charged me for the same 3 donuts then when I asked her how she started adding more donuts to my order... smh lol
