I had a great experience at the Highland Park Krispy Krunchy Chicken location. The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided fast service. My order came out hot and fresh, just the way I like it.

The wings were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The potato wedges were perfectly seasoned with a crispy outside and soft inside. The honey butter biscuit was warm and soft.

I would've given 5 stars but that honey mustard sauce they use is awful. I don't know why they stopped using the krispy krunchy honey mustard. But the one they have looks homemade and watered down and taste worse. But the food is great!

I love this place. I order online a lot and the food is always hot & the chicken is juicy & crispy when it gets to me. Every time I’ve ordered it’s been just right, and they even call if they don’t have something to make it right- great customer service (as I’ve found with every KKC). This is my roommate and I’s treat every week or so. So tasty.
