We were SO glad we found Cooper’s in Hillsdale! 😋 We had the chicken protein bowls and the shrimp protein bowls, and both were absolutely AMAZING! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. ❤️
There aren’t a ton of options in this small town, but honestly, Cooper’s is definitely one of the better choices! Customer service was great, the food was delicious, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 🍤🍗👏

Food is absolutely amazing!! The French fries are to die for, my girlfriend and I haven't had food this delicious in a very long time! First time trying Coopers and her and I had the Philly steak sub combo. Extremely delicious and fast service. They even brought the food to our table. Price was a little steep but we will back and that's a promise!! For food as good as this was, price is absolutely worth it. Thank you Coopers for a positive first visit.
Great food staff are very friendly and George is the best excellent customer service and he treats you like family so shout out to George!!!

Cooper’s – Mexican American Restaurant in Hillsdale is a great local spot with quality food and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is always excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. Guests enjoy the chicken protein bowls and shrimp protein bowls, and the bowls are absolutely delicious, especially the chicken bowl with corn, roasted veggies, sour cream and white cheese. The double smashburger, Habanero wings, garlic wings, Philly steak sub combo, and French fries are also favorites. Cooper’s has the best burgers in the county. Customer service is great, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The food comes out fast, and they even bring the food to the table. The dining room is nice, clean, and comfortable, and it is kid friendly and also good for date night. There is a drive threw window, and it is connected to a gas station, which is convenient when stopping for gas or snacks, cigarettes or vapes. Parking is easy, and the place looks very clean and kept up on maintenance. Price was a little steep, but for food as good as this, it is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.
