Food was not as hot as I expected but staff was polite and service was good.
This is the first Arby’s I have ordered at where the food was stale. Premade potato cakes were uneatable. The fry station was full of outdated/timed fries and potato cakes that needed a cleaning. 6 went right into the trash along with our patronage. We will never stop at this Arby’s again. Go to the Adrian store to learn how to serve fresh food!!

Arby's in Hillsdale efficiently takes orders, but there can be a wait for food. Staff are approachable and accommodating. The restaurant offers two sandwiches for $6 and two chicken wraps for $5, which are said to be tasty. The kid-friendly options are limited, but the location is wheelchair accessible, although the bathroom sink is tight for a wheelchair. The gyro has less spice than in Chicagoland but is not as greasy and still filling. The manager checks on customers and the service staff is friendly, especially for large groups. The Church of God had a great meal there.
