went to Wendy's to get their parm salad. total was 8.17. they charged me 3.02 and took my card down to a 0 balance. so my salad costs me 23 dollars and the only explanation they have is call corporate. would not recommend unless you are paying cash.
It was 14 degrees outside at 5:30 pm and they didn't have chili "up to temp" so I couldn't buy that. I ordered a hamburger with ketchup and pickle only, no cheese. it had cheese.....come on, it's not complicated !!!
on the plus side. the fries were good and staff are friendly just don't go there with any expectations.
I sat in the drive through for 35 minutes only to get to the speaker that told me to wait just a minute because they were changing ppl. I literally waited there 10 minutes while they counted their til. ( it’s 5:30 pm). Place my order and wait 5 more minutes at the window for my food!! Now, I know we all have to be patient right now, but it moves in the direction of ridiculous!! 50 minutes total. It’ll be awhile before I go back.
