Place is hit or miss with the food. Some times the fries are cold, sometimes the roast beef sandwich looks like it was being thrown across the room into your bag of cold fries. I even heard the worker say, don't remake that sandwich. I was too far to go back but considering they knew that sandwhich shouldn't have been served ill just avoid this location for now.

They should send someone from the Jenison location to teach them how to run the restaurant here. I have no idea why they only had 2 people working but when you are short staffed, it's not the best time to be rude. When I gave my name, he called me Baron then he typed it Karrn. Was that funny, Bitchell? Because Jenison at 10 am last week had 4 or 5 people staffing, were polite even when they heard my name and were clean enough to even touch up the windows. Food took a long time coming. I tried the burger. It was pink. Meh. I've had better.

We love Arby's but lately the food is terrible and ALWAYS cold. It sucks. This is probably the 3-4 time we have gone and the food is sooo cold and just made poorly. Didn't even eat it this time. Sandwiches a mess. Meat in a lump. Fries nasty. It's truly disappointing! Not sure we will be back to this location. The milkshakes are awesome! I hope you guys work on the food side of things:(
