Some of the friendliest, efficient service I've ever had! Never had jersey mikes and was thrilled to see they offered gluten free bread, the guys even asked if it was allergy or sensitivity and made sure to switch their gloves. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Great servings and homemade ingredients I will always be happy to spend the extra dollar on. Super great energy and informative staff. The sandwich was good. It usually is. However, the service was an issue. I ordered online on the app. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told to wait. My sandwich was not done. I noticed one bag sitting there, but the worker assured me it was not mine. 20 minutes later I go up and inquire again. The worker reaches for the bag that had been sitting there the whole time. It was my lunch. Not happy at all. Come on people announce people's names when orders were up.

The food is usually very good here but on a certain day my sandwich was not what I know they are capable of making the chicken was dry and it's like they were lite on the toppings but other than that they are a good place to get subs and the atmosphere is great if you choose to sit and dine in .
