Food is always great and tastes correctly. They do well when I have picky orders and don't make mistakes. I wish they had online orders on a shelf or something because having to wait for the cashier to get to online/carryout orders can take a while. The wait to get my food when I enter the building is an issue.

The Customer is #1

We came in late last night and needed to order 4 subs. Since it was late, they didnt have any white bread left, but that is completely understandable since it was the end of the day and because they bake their bread each day. We ordered our subs and had a few small mixups while trying to get them completed. The employees were polite and apologetic and made everything right.

I was actually really scared to go into this jersey Mike’s because I’ve never been in a jersey Mike’s, but everyone was so cool and awesome, I love Jimmy John’s, but I am going to have to change to jersey mikes because yall are so #awesome.
